When submitool first opens the top of the navigation
frame shows four different options for you to choose from.
If you click on the Linklists hyperlink you will
go to a list of webpage names. These are the names of the
mirrored entrance pages
be at the top of the navigation frame. It includes the name
of the mirror page witch will have the reciprocals 
page, below the warning to read all the rules, there is a
list of all the linklists that have reciprocals on that page
of your site. Each linklist has three links with it along
with a checkbox. The checkbox is there for you to keep track
of which sites you have already submitted to. The other links

All of the linklists' submission pages will open in this frame - it is where you will do most of your work. If the frame is too small you can resize any of them by clicking and dragging the border to where it is more comfortable for you to work.
