This is a little different than the others.  I think it is a good idea, though. 

First - create a links page on your site and put a hyperlink from your main page to it.  This is so your surfer can have something else to click on after he sees all your content.

Second - create a table of links to either other sites of yours or sponsors on your links page.

Third - Click here and read everything - twice.  It took me a couple of times to see the value of it but the more I think about it the more excited I am. 

Fourth - put the pre made table of links that you copy from the page in the bottom frame here onto your links page.

Fifth - watch the traffic roll in!
